Andrew Lunsford is the Former Managing Broker of Signature Real Estate Group, Northwest. He has been buying and selling Real Estate in Las Vegas since 2004 and has consistently been recognized as one of the top-producing agents in Signature Real Estate Group. Shortly after opening the business with his wife, Rhonda, he aggressively dominated the Real Estate market in Las Vegas and Clark County, selling hundreds of homes, while recruiting and growing his team of dedicated REALTORS ®. After many successful years, Andrew and Rhonda decided to sell that business and began building a new team in Southern Nevada, geared toward a more personalized VIP Full-Service Real-Estate experience. Their main focus is Personalized and Exceptional Service that covers every possible aspect of the Real Estate transaction, as this is most clients largest financial purchase of a lifetime.
In 2016, Andrew was selected to participate in and became a graduate of the prestigious Nevada Association of REALTORS ® Leadership Program, an honor bestowed to only 16 out of approximately 14,000 REALTORS ® each year. Andrew is also a 2015, 2016, and 2017 Member of the GLVAR Market Trends Committee, which means that he stays current on the frequent changes and statistical data of the local market for Southern Nevada. In addition, Andrew has been trained in Mediation & Arbitration at the renowned Pepperdine University, School of Law.
Born and raised in Southwestern Virginia, Andrew is a country boy at heart and is a former Virginia State Police Trooper and Fraud Investigator for a nationally prominent insurance company. Andrew and Rhonda, his wife of 22 years, have two lovely daughters, Sarah and Emily. The family has called Las Vegas their “home” for over a decade and are actively involved in their community and their church. When Andrew is not working on a Real Estate transaction, he enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, shooting sporting clays, and spending time with his family and friends.
